Cod-Tastic A perfect day this Wednesday saw us land a whopping great 30lb cod on Wetwheels - the biggest cod ever landed on our boat and one of the biggest landed this season in the Solent region. Read more

Licensed for Speed Two wheelchair users are celebrating today having passed their powerboat exams. The pair become only the 2nd and 3rd disabled people on record to pass their RYA Level 2 powerboat exam whilst remaining seated in their electric powered wheelchairs Read more

We've won the Lottery..!

We've won the Lottery..! We've done it..!! Wetwheels has been awarded a £17,000 grant from the Big Lottery Fund for a project that will take elderly people from residential care homes out for trips on Wetwheels next year Read more

Welcome Donations

Welcome Donations It's been a busy week giving talks to groups about Wetwheels but I'd like to make special mention of two in particular. I'd like to thank Emsworth Sailing Club (I have the honour of being an Honorary member) who generously raised £300 for Wetwheels after a talk I gave (pictured above with ESC Commodore, Chris Clode) and also to Havant Rotary Club who kindly donated a total of £300 after a talk I gave to them earlier in the week. Vote for Wetwheels Wetwheels has been shortlisted for a substantial grant that will enable us to provide free boat trips to 300 elderly people who are in living in residential care in the Portsmouth area. Read more
