It's been a busy week giving talks to groups about Wetwheels but
I'd like to make special mention of two in particular. I'd
like to thank Emsworth Sailing Club (I have the honour of being an
Honorary member) who generously raised £300 for Wetwheels after a
talk I gave (pictured above with ESC Commodore, Chris Clode) and
also to Havant Rotary Club who kindly donated a total of £300 after
a talk I gave to them earlier in the week. Thank you all for
making me so welcome and thank you to my friend Alan Davies for
making the arrangements for both talks.
Now the busy season is drawing to a close we are crunching the
numbers to get an idea of total passengers and to look at costs.
Preliminary stats show a total of 865 people who have been on
trips on WW between March and September (inclusive) this year which
We are working on a review of 2013 which we will post on the
website when ready in the next few weeks - I can't believe we have
fitted so much in - thank you to everyone who has played a part in
our success. More later.
