Wetwheels is celebrating today after receiving a Highly Commended in the Community Awards category last night at a glittering ceremony held at the Guildhall in Portsmouth.

The Business Awards, hosted by The News and compered by TV personality Fred Dineage MBE, are a celebration of the best the City has to offer.

Andrew Snowdon, a Director of Wetwheels CIC said; "it was a great night and an honour to share it in the company of so many worthy businesses.  To be nominated and then to receive the Highly Commended award for best community business is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the whole Wetwheels team, we are delighted".

Andrew was joined at the awards dinner by Wetwheels Foundation chairman Andy Fell and Wetwheels skipper Keith Plumridge.
